“Jonesing” For Indy Number 4?

I can’t wait to go see Indiana Jones and The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull; some fond childhood memories permeate the multiple times as a kid that I saw the first Indiana Jones movie in the historic Roxy Theater in Rogersville, Tennessee.

However, for some brainless reason the city tore down that good old theater. But good luck tearing down the hankerin’ for another Indiana Jones installment. As the movie is still in production, I can’t help but think how Indy has taken on some age and is beginning to become a relic of sorts.indy4 I wonder how he’ll be able to “produce” when the physical regimen is required of his character.

I know we’ll not see Indy sprint across the screen with the legs he had in Raiders being chased by various and sundry goons. If I remember some of his action scenes in Firewall (2006) correctly, he appeared slower and labored.

Shucks….more power to the guy. I’ve always liked him and always will- even if he has to do his stuff behind a walker in Indiana Jones and The Temple of the Rest Home.
