OMG, What a film!!

Movie_Maven_Jr and I saw ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ earlier this week and I have to say it was one the the BEST films we have EVER seen!

I had a basic understanding of the premise of the film, but was completely unprepared for the overall effect of the experience. The trios of actors portraying the three leads (young child, teen, adult) were phenomenal with each adding a truly unique aspect to the evolution of each character. The story was wonderfully woven through a series of flashbacks which each provide a key bit of information necessary for the full emotional effect of the film. And the soundtrack was truly deserving of the Oscar.

I don’t really have any more to say that has not already been said in the myriad reviews out there. Just see it. You won’t be disappointed.
